Whereas the Bachelor's degree is typically interdisciplinary, the Master’s degree programs in Israel are designed to provide students with knowledge and research capabilities in one particular field.

Most master programs extend over a period of two years. Admission requirements vary by field but an adequate knowledge of Hebrew is usually required.
